JIM BRICKLEY - CEO
Jim has been active in the building trades in San Bernardino, California since 1970. He holds a degree from the University of South Dakota and Texas Christian University; and received his Doctorate from the University of Southern California.
TOM BRICKLEY - PRESIDENT / GENERAL MANAGER
Tom, a Licensed General Contractor, has 20 years of extensive training by EPA accredited schools.
He currently serves and represents the company as a member of the Local Board of Directors of the Associated General Contractors of California (AGC), Salvation Army Advisory Board, Inland Action, Inc., and as President of the Rotary Club of San Bernardino North. Tom’s capable management and 20 years of industry knowledge has provided us with the focus needed to move into our present position of leadership in the California environmental remediation industry.
SHANE BRICKLEY - VP / PROJECT MANAGER
The past 16 years Shane has managed all phases of our environmental remediation
projects. He is our senior estimator and is responsible for implementation of all aspects of OSHA, EPA, State, Regional, and local regulations that pertain to both employees and property owners. Shane holds the required Asbestos and Lead-Based Paint Abatement Supervisor Certificates, Hazardous Materials and Emergency Response Certification, as well as a State of California General Contractors License B, Painting C-33 and Hazmat Endorsement.
ANNORR GOWDY – CONTROLLER / HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
Annorr brings over 25 years of experience from highly successful accomplishments and positions in accounting and business management. She has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands and holds two Jr. College lifetime teaching credentials. She is our representative to many state, regional, local agencies; and serves on the boards of several charitable organizations. Her keen and competent management performance greatly enhances our ability to better serve our clients.
TIM BRICKLEY – SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER / ESTIMATOR / SAFETY MANAGER
Tim, a Licensed General Contractor, has an extensive background in general construction and project management that enhances our company’s ability to bid and take on complicated and multi-faceted projects. He holds the required Asbestos and Lead-Base Paint Abatement Supervisor Certificates, Hazardous Materials and Emergency Response and Mold Remediation Supervisor Certifications. Tim recently retired from the United States Army National Guard after 24 years and served in “Operation Enduring Freedom” in Afghanistan in 2003.
DAVID BRICKLEY – MARKETING / PUBLIC RELATIONS
David recently graduated from Yucaipa High School and is currently enrolled at Riverside Community College. His goal is to transfer to a 4-year University and obtain his degree in Communications and Journalism. David serves as the corporate Marketing/Public Relations liaison, and is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of outside promotion of the company’s services as well as working with current and prospective customers.
IAN GORDON – PROJECT MANAGER / ESTIMATOR / SAFETY OFFICER
Having nearly 30 years experience in business management, Ian has become an important part of the mold and hazardous remediation aspect of our business. In addition to estimating and managing diverse remediation projects, Ian is a certified Asbestos Abatement and Remediation Supervisor. He is certified in proper air monitoring procedures, hazardous materials and emergency response (Hazwoper), and hazardous waste transportation.
DONAVON LARGENT – OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR / DISPATCHER / ESTIMATOR / SAFETY OFFICER
An addition to our team in 1994, Donavon has a 13-year background as an Asbestos Abatement Foreman and Project Supervisor. In 2005 he was promoted to an Operations Supervisor and Dispatcher. Donavon overseas our project supervisors, crews, warehouse, and grounds. He dispatches the crews and overseas our CHP and DOT vehicle records and coordinates inspections. He is certified in all aspects of asbestos, lead, and mold abatement, hazardous materials and emergency response (Hazwoper), crew supervision, air monitoring and hazardous waste transportation.
MARTIN CRUZ – PROJECT SUPERVISOR / SAFETY OFFICER
An employee of Brickley Environmental since 1991, Martin has been promoted from a hazardous waste worker to Leadman then to Project Supervisor in 2000. He is certified in all aspects of asbestos, lead and mold abatement, hazardous materials and emergency response (Hazwoper), crew supervision, air monitoring and hazardous waste transportation.
JOE GOMEZ – PROJECT SUPERVISOR / SAFETY OFFICER
Joe has a 30-year background as a construction Foreman and Supervisor and he has been a Project Supervisor with Brickley Environmental since 1995. He is certified in all aspects of asbestos, lead, and mold abatement, hazardous materials and emergency response (Hazwoper), crew supervision, air monitoring and hazardous waste transportation.
MIKE WOOD – PROJECT SUPERVISOR / SAFETY OFFICER
Joining us in 2000, Mike has had a successful background in the construction industry. Mike has been promoted from a hazardous waste worker to a Warehouse Manager and most recently to a Project Supervisor. He is certified in all aspects of asbestos, lead, and mold abatement, hazardous materials and emergency response (Hazwoper), crew supervision, air monitoring and hazardous waste transportation.
TONY MOORE – PROJECT SUPERVISOR / SAFETY OFFICER
Tony has a background as a driver transporting equipment for the City of San Bernardino. An addition to our team in 1999, Tony has been promoted from a hazardous waste worker to Leadman then to a Project Supervisor. He is certified in all aspects of asbestos, lead, and mold abatement, hazardous materials and emergency response (Hazwoper), crew supervision, air monitoring and hazardous waste transportation.
MIKE JOHNSON – PROJECT SUPERVISOR / SAFETY OFFICER
Mike has an extensive background as a Mold Remediation Supervisor. He is certified in all aspects of asbestos, lead, and mold abatement, hazardous materials and emergency response (Hazwoper), crew supervision, air monitoring and hazardous waste transportation.
RAYMOND LIEDER – PROJECT SUPERVISOR / SAFETY OFFICER
Raymond is a certified Asbestos Abatement and Remediation Supervisor. In addition he assists the warehouse supervisor when not supervising abatement projects. He is certified in all aspects of asbestos, lead, and mold abatement, hazardous materials and emergency response (Hazwoper), crew supervision, air monitoring and hazardous waste transportation, and has made a growing contribution to the Brickley operation since 1999.
RENE DRACHENBERG – WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR / SAFETY OFFICER
Rene has a background in the Medical Field. He attended the University of California Los Angeles where he obtained his Masters Degree in public health. New to us in 2005, Rene is responsible for all warehouse and yard operations including: Ordering/stocking supplies and equipment, vehicle repairs, equipment maintenance, CHP and vehicle DOT inspections, hazardous waste manifesting and storage, etc.
