Jim has been active in the building trades in San Bernardino, California since 1970. He holds a degree from the University of South Dakota and Texas Christian University; and received his Doctorate from the University of Southern California.

Tom Brickley -- President / General Manager

Tom, a Licensed General Contractor, has 20 plus years of extensive training by numerous OSHA, EPA, DHS, and United States Military accredited schools. He currently serves and represents the company as a member of the Local Board of Directors of the Associated General Contractors of California (AGC), Salvation Army Advisory Board, Inland Action, Inc., Rotary Club of San Bernardino North, and St. Bernardine Medical Center. Tom’s capable management has provided us with the focus needed to move into our present position of leadership in the California environmental remediation industry.

SHANE BRICKLEY
SENIOR VP / PROJECT MANAGER

Shane Brickley - Senior VP / Project Manager

For over 15 years Shane has managed all phases of our environmental remediation projects. He is our senior estimator and is responsible for implementation of all aspects of OSHA, EPA, State, Regional, and local regulations that pertain to both employees and property owners. Shane holds the required Asbestos and Lead-Based Paint Abatement Supervisor Certificates, Hazardous Materials, Emergency Response Certification, as well as a State of California General Contractors License B, Painting C-33 and Hazmat Endorsement.


TIM BRICKLEY
VP / PROJECT MANAGER

Tim Brickley - VP / Project Manager

Tim, a Licensed General Contractor, has an extensive background in general construction and project management that enhances our company’s ability to bid and take on complicated and multi-faceted projects. In addition to estimating and managing diverse abatement projects, Tim is the company's Safety Manager. He has helped the company realize a six year running period of no lost time due to injury. Tim holds the required Asbestos and Lead-Base Paint Abatement Supervisor Certificates, Hazardous Materials, Emergency Response and Mold Remediation Contractor / Supervisor Certifications.

Annorr Gowdy - Secretary / Treasurer

Annorr brings over 25 years of experience from highly successful accomplishments and positions in accounting and business management. She has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands and holds two Jr. College lifetime teaching credentials. Her keen and competent management performance greatly enhances our ability to better serve our clients.

New to us in 2008, Tina is responsible for all the day to day financial and office operations and procedures. She brings over 20 years experience from the construction industry holding positions in finance and business management. Tina earned her degree in Business Administration from California State University, San Bernardino.

Ian Gordon - Project Manager

Having 30+ years experience in business management, Ian has become an important part of the mold and hazardous remediation aspect of our business. Ian is a certified Asbestos Abatement and Mold Remediation Supervisor. He is certified in proper air monitoring procedures, hazardous materials, emergency response (Hazwoper), and hazardous waste transportation.


MIKE WOOD
OPERATIONS MANAGER / DISPATCHER

Mike Wood - Operations Manager

Joining us in 2000, Mike has had a successful background in the construction industry. Mike has been promoted from a hazardous waste worker to a Warehouse Manager and most recently to Operations Manager. He is certified in all aspects of asbestos, lead, and mold abatement, hazardous materials and emergency response (Hazwoper), crew supervision, air monitoring and hazardous waste transportation.

ASBESTOS-CARCINOGENIC MATERIALS - REMOVAL OR CONTAINMENT

Asbestos removal and encapsulation have been our primary focus for the past 26 years. Management, supervisors and all workers are trained and certified in EPA and State approved schools. All work performed meets or exceeds EPA, State and local regulations.

LEAD-BASED PAINT - REMOVAL OR CONTAINMENT

Lead abatement is performed utilizing the EPA Title X Toxic Substances Control Act, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines for the evaluation and control of lead-based paint hazards in housing, public buildings and regulations by CAL/OSHA, California Department of Public Health Services, and other local agencies.

INDOOR AIR QUALITY - MOLD - MECHANICAL HYGIENE

We perform mold remediation and clean up as well as indoor air quality/clean air solutions including microbial and particulate decontamination of building components and/or HVAC/air delivery systems. Our employees are Hazwoper certified and receive continuing education on mold related issues.

HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT

As a licensed hauler and hazardous waste handler, BRICKLEY ENVIRONMENTAL has the certified personnel and necessary equipment to provide fast, efficient response and cost effective solutions for polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), lead, asbestos, mercury, heavy metals, and other contaminants requiring specific packaging, manifesting, transportation, and approved disposal methods.
