Employees have attended and passed the required E.P.A. and/or state accredited courses regarding asbestos and/or lead abatement, hazardous materials and emergency response (Hazwoper).

Employees have taken and passed the x-ray and physical requirements through Fox Occupational Center, San Bernardino, CA or equivalent medical facility prior to employment.

Brickley Environmental will provide all OSHA required air monitoring at the job site and if requested, provide air monitoring as follows:

• On one-fourth of all workers on the job
• Before starting the job to determine fiber levels
• As often as needed during the job

Letters of notifications will be sent to one or more of the following departments at least twenty-four (24) hours and up to 20 days prior to starting the job, per Federal, State and local regulations:

• Bonded by Lincoln General Insurance Company (up to $15,000,000 in coverage).
• Carries Workman’s Compensation Insurance, Contractors Liability Insurance, Hazardous Materials Related Work and Auto Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 and is eligible for up to $10,000,000 in coverage.
