Lead-Based Paint - Removal Or Containment
Lead abatement is performed utilizing the EPA Title X Toxic Substances Control Act, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines for the evaluation and control of lead-based paint hazards in housing, public buildings and regulations by CAL/OSHA, California Department of Public Health Services, and other local agencies.

Indoor Air Quality - Mold - Mechanical Hygiene
We perform mold remediation and clean up as well as indoor air quality / clean air solutions including microbial and particulate decontamination of building components and/or HVAC / air delivery systems. Remediation may include installation of the AiraBella© germicidal air lamps, which offer the newest U. V. technology for healthy indoor air quality. Our employees are 40-hour Hazwoper certified and receive continuing education on mold related issues.
